In 2019 Kath's painting 'Open Cupboard' (see below) was shortlisted for the prestigious Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize and exhibited at Mall Galleries, London. Another work entitled 'Little Treasures' (below) was selected for the ING Discerning Eye Exhibition (also at Mall Galleries) in November 2019. 'Little Treasures' is now on its way to the C24 Gallery, New York, having been chosen for an exhibition beginning on January 30th, 2020.

Artist's Statement:

"My current work is autobiographical. I enjoy looking at things and often the mundane fuels my ideas. I am currently working within a theme and my images are concept led whilst they could be mistaken for being purely representational. I would like my work to convey a dry sense of humour as this is often at the core of my ideas."
